is a Per-Call-Basis support will be responded within 24 hour from the time of service request is received. Restoring of operating condition for the equipment is depending on confirmation to the quotation if there is any replacement part involve.

Service and Support Hours
• Service Charge and Replacement part are according to fault has detected and quotation will be provided within 24 hour.
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Excluding Public Holidays
