Comprehensive Maintenance Contract provides 2 to 4 hour response for calls received on products located at Klang Valley and the next working day for product outside of Klang Valley. Response time is measured from the time of service request is received until the time we arrives at Customers’ site. For calls received after 1200 hr., response time is measured from 0900 hr. the next business day.
